We have spent 2 days in twin room with a pretty view, fresh juice & coffee, for example, everything was amazing. The venue was in a central location near more `` local '' neighborhoods, the train station in 15 minutes, and all the landmarks.

The location was AMAZING, close to Saint Mary's Cathedral. It was located in a shopping area near the ferry to the airport, and water taxi & smaller boat taxi, a decent base for me.

The location of the venue is perfect, really close to the main tourist areas, a quiet alley in the city centre and vaporetto or train. The staff is helpful and amiable. Huge decent size rooms, they are provided with table/chairs, lovely view from the windows, for example.

The venue was set in the central position next to more "local " neighborhoods away from the Grand Canal and the nearby islands-stops Ca d'Oro. The place was only a short distance to Ostaria Boccadoro, where you can have dinner.

Fantastic and incredible location, in Cannaregio district of Venice overlooking a quiet canal. Besides, excellent for visiting a wide canal. Really had really nice stay on holidays.

I had a perfect 10/10 stay and will come back, thank you. This charming small hotel worth its 3 stars, everything was perfect. The location was amazing and beautiful, away from the main tourist spots, the property overlooked street. And it was also really close to a side alley as well as the nearby islands-stops Ca d'Oro and Fondamente Nove respectively.
